The HLG40HPV high flow liquid/gas coalescer consists of a coalescing layer and a drainage layer that has undergone special oleophobic/hydrophobic treatment, ensuring higher liquid removal efficiency and a lower operational pressure drop. It can almost completely remove solids and liquids from the gas stream, achieving downstream liquid levels as low as 0.003 ppmw. Additionally, it boasts a solid particle removal rating and efficiency of 0.3 um at 99.99%. This remarkable characteristic significantly reduces liquid and solid contaminants in the gas, thereby lowering the system's maintenance and operational costs. Another notable advantage of the HLG40HPV coalescer is its high-flow processing capability. Even in high-speed gas flows, it maintains efficient filtration performance, ensuring the continuity and stability of the production process.
