The coalescing and drainage layers of the HLLF40SFFV series Pure Fluoropolymer Liquid/Liquid Coalescer are both composed of fluoropolymers. It can reduce the free water content in the organic phase to less than 15ppmv, the free organic content in the aqueous phase to less than 20ppmw, and remove sodium ion content in the product to less than 0.5ppmw. Typically, it is recommended to add a pre-filter upstream of the Pure Fluoropolymer Liquid/Liquid Coalescer to eliminate particles from the fluid. This serves to protect the coalescer, ensuring its long-term stable operation. The removal rating of the pre-filter is recommended to be 10μm or finer. Such a design guarantees efficient and reliable liquid/liquid separation, meeting the stringent demands of the oil, gas, and chemical industries. The HLLF40SFFV series can serve as a replacement for Pall's LCS4HEHH series (PhaseSep L/L Coalescer).
