The LG30MC6AV double-open liquid/gas coalescer is composed of a coalescing layer and a drainage layer that has undergone special oleophobic/hydrophobic treatment, providing better liquid removal efficiency and reducing the operational pressure difference. This coalescer can effectively remove nearly all solids and liquids from the airflow, achieving a downstream liquid level as low as 0.003 ppmw. The solid removal rating and efficiency can reach 0.3um@99.99%, which simultaneously reduces liquid and solid pollution in the gas, greatly lowering the operation and maintenance costs of the system. The LG30MDOEV can be directly used as a replacement for the Pall CC3LG02 series (SepraSol L/G Coalescer).
