The HLLIF40SFV series Fluoropolymer Liquid/Liquid Coalescer uses fluoropolymer as the coalescing material, which can reduce the free water content in the organic phase to less than 15 ppmv and the free organic content in the aqueous phase to less than 20 ppmw. Typically, it is recommended to add a pre-filter upstream of the coalescer to remove particles from the fluid, protecting the coalescer for long-term operation. The removal rating of the pre-filter is recommended to be 10 μm or less. This design ensures efficient and reliable liquid/liquid separation, meeting the stringent requirements of the oil, gas, and chemical industries. The HLLIF40SFV series fluoropolymer liquid/liquid coalescer can directly replace the Pall LCS4H1AH series (PhaseSep L/L Coalescer).
