The WFB series filter bags are made of needle-punched multi-filament or monofilament fibers, woven with a uniform filament diameter and an open structure, ensuring filtration accuracy. The filter mesh, woven with monofilament or multi-filament fibers, maintains its shape and position even under high-pressure filtration conditions, providing high strength. The WFB series filter bags are surface-type filter bags, characterized by low pressure loss and high flow rate, making them suitable for filtering rigid particles in materials with higher viscosity. The filter bag materials can be chosen from nylon monofilament, polypropylene monofilament, or polyester multifilament. The filtration accuracy ranges from 1 to 1200μm for nylon monofilament, 100 to 800μm for polypropylene monofilament, and 75 to 1500μm for polyester multifilament.
