Desalted Water
Desalted water refers to water in which strongly electrolyzed salts that are easily removed have been reduced or eliminated to a certain extent, leaving a residual salt content of between 1 and 5 milligrams per liter.
Purpose of Separation
● Prefiltration: To remove colloids, particles, and suspended solids from the water.
● Desalination Filtration: To separate and filter salt-containing water, resulting in desalted water.
Filtration Requirements
● Optional deep meltblown filter cartridges to reduce scaling caused by particulate contaminants in the water.
● Optional deep high flow pleated filter cartridges to improve online life, simplify operation, and reduce maintenance costs.
