Measures to extend the service life of PPS filter bags

Optimize flue gas treatment system design. Reduce the dust particles and chemical content in the flue gas, ingest the material forming process, reduce the surface roughness, fully wash, open in the hot air anti-stretch, improve the service life of PPS filter bag.
PPS filter bag is a kind of high temperature filter material, with excellent heat resistance and chemical stability, suitable for high temperature flue gas filtration. In order to extend the service life of PPS filter bags, the following measures can be taken:
1. Optimize flue gas treatment system design. Reduce the dust particles and chemical content in the flue gas, ingest the material forming process, reduce the surface roughness, fully wash, open in the hot air anti-stretch, improve the service life of PPS filter bag.
2. Adopt effective pretreatment measures. Before entering the filtration system, pretreatment equipment, such as cyclone dust collector and wet electric dust collector, can be used to filter out large particles and reduce the damage of materials to PPS filter bags.
3. Select the appropriate filter material type. PPS filter bags can be selected according to the smoke characteristics of different filter material type and material. According to the flue gas temperature, humidity, dust composition and other factors, select the appropriate PPS filter bag material, improve its heat resistance and chemical stability, extend the service life.
4. Strengthen the maintenance of the filter bag. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the PPS filter bag, timely removal of dust and particulate matter on the filter bag, to prevent dust accumulation and blockage. It can be cleaned by mechanical vibration, pulse injection and other methods to restore the filtration performance of the filter bag.
