HCPP Series filter cartridges adopt pure pleated polypropylene as filter media. Unlike the traditional pleated polypropylene filter, the HCPP series filters have a new membrane design concept: Gradual change in fiber diameter, forming a tapered pore structure from rough to fine(upstream to downstream). This gradual pore size structure can intercept more particles inside the filter medium step by step, which fundamentally enhances the dirt-holding capacity of the cartridge and improves the service life of the cartridge.Compared with conventional surface type cartridge of the same size, HCPP series cartridge has 4 times longer service life. HCPP series cartridge is pure polypropylene structure without any binder component. The polypropylene filter membrane adopts a unique curing technology, where the fiber and fiber ask to be cured by hot melt, ensuring a fixed pore structure and no fiber shedding. The cartridge end cap and the cartridge body adopt SoluGET's unique non-contact hot melt welding technology, which ensures the welding strength while avoiding contact contamination caused by traditional welding technology. Due to the deep structure design of HCPP, it is especially suitable for filtration of higher viscosity fluids.
