The APS series features hydrophilic asymmetric PES membranes, which are pleated to offer exceptional particle interception, boasting a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%. The asymmetric membrane design enhances the filter cartridge's dirt-holding capacity, thus extending its service life. The PES membrane's inherent hydrophilicity makes it well-suited for filtering aqueous solutions without the need for pre-wetting. The APS series filter cartridge's core, cage, and end caps are crafted from pure polypropylene. SoluGET's proprietary non-contact thermal fusion welding technology is employed for joining the end caps to the cage, ensuring robust welding while preventing contamination associated with traditional welding methods. The production process of the cartridge avoids the use of binders or surfactants, ensuring no leaching concerns. Each APS series pleated filter cartridge undergoes 100% integrity testing to guarantee performance and reliability.
