The MMF/MMPF series of metal sintered mesh is created by pressing and sintering multiple layers of specially woven metal wire mesh in a vacuum and inert atmosphere. This filtration material offers high strength and rigidity, maintaining the integrity of the mesh openings. SoluGET's metal sintered mesh outperforms traditional metal wire mesh filter cartridges, providing superior strength, rigidity, and the ability to be reused multiple times. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the MMF/MMPF series can withstand high pressure differentials and is easily cleaned. With filtration precision ranging from 2 to 100 microns, and materials available in 304, 316, or Hastelloy alloy, these filter cartridges find extensive use in high-temperature and solvent-intensive applications. The MMPF series, in particular, excels in automatic backwashing filtration.
