The HLLPB40HSV series High Flow Liquid/Liquid Coalescer adopts polyester material and a high-flow design, which can reduce the free water content in the organic phase to less than 15 ppmv and the free organic content in the aqueous phase to less than 20 ppmw, while ensuring continuous stability of the process flow. Typically, it is recommended to add a pre-filter upstream of the High Flow Liquid/Liquid Coalescer to remove particles from the fluid, protecting the coalescer for long-term operation. The removal rating of the pre-filter is advised to be 10 μm or finer. Such a design guarantees efficient and reliable liquid/liquid separation, meeting the stringent requirements of the oil, gas, and chemical industries.
