The HLLPB40SPBV series Polyester End Cap Liquid/Liquid Coalescer utilizes economical polyester material, effectively reducing the free water content in the organic phase to less than 15 ppmv and the free organic content in the aqueous phase to less than 20 ppmw. Typically, it is recommended to install a pre-filter upstream of the Polyester End Cap Liquid/Liquid Coalescer to eliminate particles from the fluid. This serves to protect the coalescer, ensuring its prolonged and stable operation. The particle filtration efficiency of the pre-filter is advised to be 10μm or finer. Such a design guarantees efficient and reliable liquid/liquid separation, meeting the stringent demands of the oil, gas, and chemical industries.
