AVF/AVFH series filter cartridges are made by pleating polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filter membrane. The core, cage and end caps of the filter cartridge are all made of pure polypropylene material, without the addition of any adhesive components. The end caps and body of the filter cartridge are joined using SoluGET's unique non-contact thermal fusion welding technology, ensuring strong weld strength while avoiding contact contamination associated with traditional welding techniques. The filter cartridges pass 100% integrity testing, guaranteeing their reliable particle and bacteria removal performance. AVFH series filter cartridges are made by pleating hydrophilic modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) filter membrane, allowing them to be directly applied to polar solutions without the need for pre-wetting treatment, reducing operation time and maintenance costs.
