Single-Open Liquid/Gas Coalescer (Retrofit for Pall SepraSol Plus L/G Coalescer CC3LGA713)

The LG30MC6AV single-open liquid/gas coalescer is composed of a coalescing layer and a drainage layer that has undergone special oleophobic/hydrophobic treatment, providing better liquid removal efficiency and reducing the operational pressure difference. This coalescer can effectively remove nearly all solids and liquids from the airflow, achieving a downstream liquid level as low as 0.003 ppmw. The solid removal rating and efficiency can reach 0.3um@99.99%, which simultaneously reduces liquid and solid pollution in the gas, greatly lowering the operation and maintenance costs of the system. The LG30MC6AV can be directly used as a replacement for the Pall CC3LGA7 series (SepraSol L/G Coalescer).

Fiberglass Liquid/Liquid Coalescer

The HLLGF40SV series of Fiberglass Liquid/Liquid Coalescers utilize economical fiberglass material, effectively reducing the free water content in the organic phase to less than 15ppmv, while also decreasing the free organic content in the aqueous phase to less than 20ppmw. Furthermore, they are capable of reducing the sodium ion content in the product to less than 0.5ppmw. It is generally recommended to install a pre-filter upstream of the Fiberglass Liquid/Liquid Coalescers to remove particulate contaminants from the feed solution, protecting the long-term stable operation of the coalescers. The removal rating of the pre-filter is recommended to be 10μm or below.
